About

Enroll in Dramatically Able, a series of theater sensory workshops on Saturdays for students 2nd through 12th grades who are blind or visually impaired. Come learn about theater, engage in dramatic activities, attend live theatrical performance and be a part of a cast in a showcase performance where you can get to show your talents.

It is rich in opportunities for all children. Dramatic activities such as role-playing, storytelling, improvisation, and pantomime, exercise the imagination, build communication skills, and provide an opportunity to work cooperatively with others.

What an innovative and fun way for your child to also develop their Expanded Core Curriculum skills and become Dramatically Able! Students learn about the accommodation of audio description and attend a play, many for the first time, with audio description! And finally, they are cast in a showcase production that is open to the public.
